Why a Founding Cohort Exists
Strong professions are built deliberately, not retroactively.
- To establish the first reference class for AGSI certification.
- To ensure the credential launches with experienced, practicing professionals.
- To elevate professionalism before certification becomes widespread.

- Permanent "Founding Cohort" designation

*Founding designation reflects timing and leadership, not additional competency beyond certification requirements.

Professional Integrity & Expectations
In return for Founding Cohort status, members play a key role in refining the program. However, to protect long-term credibility, strict independence is maintained.
What is Expected
Members are expected to provide limited, structured feedback, such as:
- Short post-exam surveys
- Feedback on study guide clarity and usefulness
- Optional listening sessions on industry needs
Examining Boundaries
To ensure validity, Founding Cohort members will not:
- Influence exam scoring or outcomes
- Review or modify live exam questions
- Receive preferential treatment in assessment
Exam Independence
Certification assesses applied professional judgment, not rote memorization. To protect long-term credibility:
- Scoring standards are consistent for all candidates
- Feedback is collected after exam administration
- Strict separation between candidate input and exam outcomes
