Account and exam data
We collect account data (name, email, phone, employer if provided), exam responses, scores, and session integrity signals needed to administer certification. This data is used to operate the exam, issue credentials, and handle complaints or appeals.
Government ID images
Government ID images are stored in private storage. Retention: hold until the credential decision plus 3 years, or until any appeal window closes, whichever is later, then delete or anonymize.
Payments
Helcim processes card data. AGSI does not store PAN (primary account numbers). We store order identifiers, amounts, and Helcim transaction IDs needed for fulfillment and refunds.
Public directory
On pass, a directory profile is public by default: name, credential, city/state, and employer if provided. A certificant may hide phone, email, and photo. Directory visibility can be managed from the account listing page.
Cookies and session
We use session cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect exam integrity. We do not sell personal information.
