Founding Enterprise Sales Lead

Remote (U.S.) Commission-First (20% Upfront + 5% Recurring)

We are building the first independent accreditation and certification framework for the U.S. grill service industry. This role is an opportunity to help define—and then lock in—the industry standard at the franchisor level.

About the Role

You will lead enterprise conversations with a small number of high-impact organizations and help establish early adoption that creates lasting competitive pressure across the market. This is a founder-led, first-mover opportunity with no direct competitors offering a comparable, independent accreditation program.

Compensation Structure

This role is commission-first by design. Compensation is paid only after revenue is received.

  • Up-Front: 20% of first-year contract value (Paid upon receipt).
  • Recurring: 5% annual commission on ongoing accreditation fees (Paid as long as client is active).
  • Expected Earnings: Closing initial targets can yield $30k–$50k+ upfront, plus recurring trails.
  • Draw: A recoverable draw may be available for the right candidate.

Candidate Requirements

  • Reside in the United States or be a recent U.S. expatriate.
  • Enterprise, franchise, or B2B services sales experience.
  • Comfort with commission-first compensation.
  • Ability to sell credibility without exaggeration.
