Founding Enterprise Sales Lead
The Opportunity
We are building the first independent accreditation and certification framework for the U.S. grill service industry. This is not a software tool or an incremental service; we are defining a category.
As our Founding Enterprise Sales Lead, you will lead high-impact conversations with a small number of franchisor-level organizations. You will help establish the early adoption that creates lasting competitive pressure across the market.
Initial Named Target Accounts
You will lead enterprise outreach and high-level strategy for:
*Additional franchise systems and operator networks to follow.
Why This Role is Different
- ✔ Franchise Value Creation: Accreditation strengthens brand credibility, resale value, and long-term defensibility.
- ✔ Network Pressure: Once one major player adopts, others must follow or risk appearing behind an emerging industry benchmark.
- ✔ Durable Value: This is a credibility product that compounds in value year-over-year.
Compensation Structure
This role is commission-first by design, prioritizing candidates who understand high-upside enterprise selling.
Up-Front Commission
20%Of first-year contract value, paid upon receipt of payment.
Recurring Commission
5%Annual commission on ongoing fees for the life of the customer.
Expected Earnings
Closing the initial target accounts can yield $30,000–$50,000+ in up-front commissions and $10,000–$18,000 in recurring annual residuals.
Ethics & Standards Boundaries
AGSI is designed to align with ANSI principles for fairness and independence. Long-term credibility is prioritized over short-term wins.
Compliance Guardrails
- Accreditation reflects program alignment, not promises of technician pass rates.
- No sales promises may imply guaranteed certification outcomes.
- Certification decisions remain strictly independent of sales activity.
- All representations must remain accurate, restrained, and defensible.
